Conequate collaborated with UK’s esteemed medical professionals to create MdBingo, a revolutionary mobile app aimed at facilitating the performance tracking of medical residents in the UK and making task management engaging and efficient for house officers.
In the intricate field of medical residency, our client faced the daunting task of monitoring and assessing doctors’ performance throughout their 7-8 years of training using traditional Excel sheets. Recognizing the need for a dynamic solution, they approached Conequate with the vision of MdBingo. The challenge was to seamlessly transition from manual task tracking to a modern, gamified approach, ensuring both efficiency and motivation among medical residents.
Conequate embraced the challenge by developing MdBingo, a user-friendly mobile application built on React Native and powered by Node.js. The app transformed the monotonous task-tracking process into a dynamic Bingo-style game. Each medical resident, upon joining, received a set of 25 tasks with assigned weights. These tasks, designed to be completed over the course of a year, were shuffled and presented as a game, encouraging residents to engage with their responsibilities in an enjoyable and rewarding manner. The seamless integration of React Native and Node.js ensured a smooth and efficient user experience tailored to the unique demands of the medical residency program.
MdBingo not only addressed the initial challenge of manual task tracking but also revolutionized the way medical residents approached their responsibilities. The gamified system increased overall efficiency, with real-time progress tracking motivating residents to complete tasks promptly. The rewards and points system not only added a competitive element but also fostered a collaborative spirit among healthcare practitioners.
